⁉ Pro-Russian oligarchs Pavlo Fuks and Vitaliy Khomutynnik could have organised provocations after Constitution Day On 1 July, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced the exposure of a group of civic “activists” who were preparing a series of provocations in Kyiv on 30 June.
