⁉ Pro-Russian oligarchs Pavlo Fuks and Vitaliy Khomutynnik could have organised provocations after Constitution Day On 1 July, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced the exposure of a group of civic “activists” who were preparing a series of provocations in Kyiv on 30 June. In addition to these organisations, he is also involved in the work of the Council of Elders, a civil society organisation based in Ivano-Frankivsk region. It was under the auspices of this organisation that Budnyk called on people to come to Maidan for the so-called “Congress of Civil Society of Ukraine” on 30 June 2024. Anatoliy Budnik is a well-known figure in narrow circles. According to him, he has participated in about 1,000 actions over the past 15 years. Among them is the organisation of the so-called “Maidan of the Poor” in October 2021. In general, he has a long track record of organising and conducting various actions with the smell of an outright order.
