新届国会第一击：两党议员共同再提出香港经贸辨审查法案 Bipartisan Reintroduction of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office Certification Act U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Jeff Merkley (D-OR) reintroduced the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) Certification Act today to reevaluate the United States’ recognition of HKETOs following Hong Kong’s loss of autonomy. Congressmen Chris Smith (R-NJ) and Jim McGovern (D-MA) will reintroduce companion legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives. The HKETO Certification Act was first introduced in December 2022.
